As per your question, according to this year trend of BAMS one should must have around 50 percentile in NEET entrance exam so at 300marks your rank should be around 2.4 to 2.6 lakh as per predicted officials. So honestly this would not be much enough to get into that college.

So try to score around 350 to 380 to grab your seats  in a comfortable manner.
