I would like to inform you that there are lots of private medical colleges for MBBS as well as BDS in Andhra Pradesh. Also the cutoffs for private colleges are generally very low and ranges from 180-400. So you can easily get a private college through NEET once your marks are above the defined cutoff by the NTA for admissions into MBBS as well as BDS and other courses.
