As you mentioned that your rank is 14049 there are many Engineering colleges where you can admission.There is possibility of getting admission in government engineering colleges if you have any category like BC,SC,ST.If not there are many private engineering colleges to get admission.As you didn't mention your category we cannot specifically say that you can admission in particular college.Category plays a major role to get admission in any Engineering college.
