Hello,

Hope you are doing great..you have to submit your 12 th migration certificate of Telangana in Madhya Pradesh as 10 th class certificate is not required in doing undergraduate course.the college requires your migration certificate from where you last studied hence the 12th migration certificate must be submitted to the college.
