Don’t panic if you have not yet received your First Graduate Certificate and have submitted the Confirmation Certificate (Oppukkai Seetu) because you had run out of time. This confirmation is generally accepted as provisional proof. Just ensure that when your original First Graduate Certificate is issued, it is submitted to the relevant authority or uploaded as required. Importantly, you should also be retaining a copy of your application receipt or acknowledgement for your own convenience.
