You are getting good marks. With such marks in test you will surely do better in actual examination. If you are getting 500 to 565 then it means that your preparation is fine and your concepts are strong and clear.
Now you just to improve your marks more. You can do it by analysing your mistakes and knowing which concept you are weak in. Just do analysis after giving test and make it strong. You should ensure that no topic is left unstudied. And most importantly you must go through each line of NCERT thoroughly. Solve previous year questions repeatedly. And practice.... practice and practice...

Now for your timetable i would say that please don't follow someone else schedule. This is ao because ut totally depends on you how much time you take to complete a topic. Therefore , just sit for a while and make your own timetable and do follow it strictly. You should prepare your timetable in accordance with the examination timing ao that you can learn to handle examination pressure and manage your time duration.
