It depends on the cutoff criterion. If you rank in TSICET exam qualifies the cutoff criterion of a particular college as per your caste category, you will be allotted a seat in that particular college. To get an idea about the college you may be eligible for at this rank, kindly check the rank cutoff of different colleges of last year. Here is the list of colleges along with category-wise ranks -
