Don't worry it will be accepted but make sure you carry the same photograph as uploaded in the NEET Application form along with the ID Proof.

You have to carry only following items to NEET 2021 examination center :-

*** NEET admit card

*** Passport size photograph

*** Postcard size photograph

*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card

*** Mask on face

*** Gloves on hand

*** Personal transparent water bottle

*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
