For SSC CHSL candidate need to be only 12th passed for SSC CHSL therefore you are in right now BA 2nd year therefore you are eligible to apply for SSC CHSL howeverif you want to apply for SSC CGL then you need to complete your bachelors degree but for SSC CHSL only class 12th is required.
