Now Coming to query, As per my knowledge, To apply for residence certificate you require documents like Address proof(eg: Voter card, PAN, Electricity Bill, Ration Card, etc), House Tax receipt, Identity proof(Aadhar), If any property owned by your parents then you have to produce property details.
