The candidates are required to submit the applications online on www.iimidr.ac.in 
The application fees is Rs. 3540 for General/ OBC candidates while Rs. 1770 is for ST/SC/PwD candidates.
Once you fill the application form, at last the final step would be to pay the application fees there only through online mode.
Before you fill the application, you must check the eligibility which is as follows -

• Candidate must be born on or after 1st August 1999 are eligible ( for ST/SC/Pwd there is 5 years relaxation)
• Candidate must have passed class 12th examination in 2017/2018 or appearing in 2019.
• The candidate must have obtained 60% aggregate of all subjects in class 10th as well as in class 12th ( 55% incase of ST/SC/PwD)
