Yes you definately can. If they think you are eligible for it, you can grab a scholarship. It depends on quite a lot of factors though, the most important one being the financial status of your family. It will be easier for you if you belong to ST/SC or any other minority community.

For some information on that, you should know that AIMS offers more than 80 scholarships and the total value of aims foundation scholarships exceeds 100,000 dollars every year.
