Sorry to say but you cannot attempt all the shifts of JEE Mains. Multiple shifts are formed as the aspirants are large in number but the computer centres are lower in number, so all the aspirants can't give the paper simultaneously. Any candidate giving the exam in multiple shifts would defeat the purpose. Also, there is no such app, you will have to physcally go to the exam centre alloted to you where you will be given a system and would have to attempt the exam on that system.

As for VITEEE, you have to book slot for the online paper from the website itself. The paper doesn't take place in offline mode.
