Hello,
You should first start from your textbook and clear you basic concepts and formulas.Solve your textbooks very carefully and solve each and every question by taking the help of examples.Try to note down all formulas of all chapters and try to analyse that which formula is needed to apply in the questions.
Practice as much as you can and after completion of your textbooks solve other top books like RD SHARMA,SL LONEY,etc.

You feel Maths tough because
1) you haven't actually understood it's vast practical importance
Or
2) You will tough to remember so many formulas
Or
3) You actually have less practice in solving varieties of sums

Try to solve more and more question and you will feel Maths is the easiest subject to score.
