Hello.
Yes, your class 12th percentage matter for getting call from IIM, like you are having 58 percentage in your class 12th so it may be difficult for getting call, but if you get exceptional percentile in CAT exam then your chances would be quite positive, for now if you get 99 plus percentile then your chances can be positive but it depends upon the number of candidate who get percentile greater than you and get percentage (10th ,12th and graduation) greater than you, so for now give your full concentrate to score good in CAT.
