Hello Sir. Electronics and Communication in RVR and JC College of Engineering is a good branch but CSE branch gets the highest package than other branches like Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical  etc.because 90% of the companies in placement are software based. The highest package, in general, is 3.5 lakh per annum but rarely reaches to 4 lakh.TCS is the only company which takes at least 200 members from campus in the recruitment process.
