Since you scored well in NEET 2022 by getting 520 marks out of 720 and you also have a caste certificate of OBC category, chances to get government medical college is there for you.

You will not get any Government Medical College from MCC AIQ (15%) Counselling. But you can get government medical college from State Quota (85%) Counselling. It all depends on which State you belong to. Since you have not mentioned your state in the question I can't predict your college more perfectly and correctly.
