Hello Akash Das,
You can be HR Manager after pursuing MBA in Human Resources. You have to complete your graduation either B.Tech or B.Sc. or BBA or any other Graduation degree. After that you can go for MBA. There are lots of MBA Entrance Exams available there such as CAT , XAT, MAT , CMAT etc.
