If you have taken Humanities with Economics and Maths in Class 11 but wish to pursue Astrophysics as a career, it is essential to have some foundational work completed in Physics and Maths, as many Astrophysics programs have a 10+2 requirement of a PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) stream. Taking all things into consideration, you can:

• You can join open school/NIOS or even private coaching, as an additional subject, to study Physics.
• You can also take foundation courses in Physics & Higher Mathematics with an institute or on an online platform, as foundation batches of IIT-JEE/NEET style worked best.
• You can create the fundamentals with courses in Calculus, Mechanics, and Astronomy fundamentals.

As you have taken humanities in Class 11th and now wish to purse Astrophysics, you will need to give Physics and Mathematics exams separately as the main requirement of pursuing Astrophysics is that you should have Maths and Physics in your Class 12th. So you can do the same by opting for a board called NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) where you can give separate exams for Physics and Maths and pursue further studies in Astrophysics.
