yes you can give the AIIMS exam after class 12

yeah still you can give the exam. have you filled in the registration form of aiims? it was out sometime ago

U have to complete the process of basic registration.i think there is no longer time.and after a week u will receive a mail from aiims that u r eligible and u have to pay sum of 1400.
