Hello Vishesh, if you got 232 marks and you are from SC category then for sure you will get a government college because of reservation but also keep in mind about the branch. As if you want CS/IT then you will not get that in the top colleges. Apart from this, you can get ECE  in AJAY KUMAR GARG COLLEGE and ABES COLLEGE. 

If you want CS or IT then it will be tough to get that in top colleges. Whereas it will be easy for you if you want civil,ec, in top colleges.
