hii i got 57.4 percentile in jee and 82 in boards in which colleges can get seat gov or private

I am assuming that you belong to general category

With  57.4 percentile

With this rank, your chances of getting a seat in NIT, IIITs is extremely low. Even to get into lower NITs you should have got at least around 45000 - 50,000 rank i. e 95.5 - 96 percentile

You may not even qualify JEE main examination

For example,

In 2020, qualifying cutoff for general category was 90.3765335 percentile

As your percentage was very low , if you are general cust then it is hard to get a good college. If you are sc or st then there is a chance to get a good college.

I suggest you , that you can take another chance for attend jee exam again
