If the cut off goes down, then there is possibility you may get NIT being obc, but probablity is very less for good nits.

Hi
First you should tell us your course in which you are interested
But it's okay
As you mentioned 104 marks
I'm not sure you will get even a decent nit with decent course on these marks.

But you can know your chances by registring here

Dear aspirant;

It depends on your branch preferences.

For getting into 5 top nit with any branch, for a safe side you need to get 150+ but to get a preferred branch 200–250 would get you a good branch moving above with your marks.

thank you.

Cutoff mark can not be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors.

You can go through the below-provided link of Careers360 where you can find predicted cutoff score by various institutes.

All the very best and good luck.

dear aspirant;

For OBC category, upto AIR 40000(GENERAL RANK) , people get in NITs. And for that rank marks of around 150 & CBSE BOARDS % around 91-92% is needed. As ur marks increase u require less borads % and vice versa.

All the best.

It depends on your home state if you getting admission in your state NIT then chances are high.
