Jahnvi, try logging through the Browser. Once you login, on the top right hand side  you will see your name. The dropdown has 2 options. One of them is My QnA. Click on that and it will take you to anotherpage which has few options. The last one says 'My Profile'. You can make changes there and they will reflect in the way you use your App too. There is this feasibility in the App too but due to the upgradation process, it has been stalled. You can try through the browser.
