To be honest with this rank no good college will give admission if the candidate is of general category

Sorry to say but if you belong to general category and outside Delhi student then it is very difficult to get any college with this rank as the cut offs for college are very high for students belong to outside delhi region. However you can predict your college with the help of college predictor but the actual results might be different and you can even check the previous year's cut offs of different colleges.
