There will be a less chance in getting admission in JNTUH or OU for your rank.

As you have secured rank of 695 in the stream of CSE it is good .but getting seat in the university such as jntu, Osmania University in the Hyderabad is a difficult task as the competition among the university seats is very high . Don't worry try in the counseling
