Well, for admission in b.tech you can either appear for entrance exams, Or some institutes provides admission on the basis on 12th boards marks. You can either join colleges on your 12th marks, if you haven't given any engineering entrance exam, Or if you want some Top engineering colleges of India, then you can take a year drop and prepare for it.

But As per you Question, Yes! you are definitely eligible for joining B.tech and admission of almost many institutes have started so you must hurry...
