both of the streams have good career oppurtunities and high scope in life.
i suggest you to go physics honours since on succesful completion of this course , students are open to work in variety of areas like  agriculture, research areas, astronomy, aviation industry, cryptography and education firms
hence, there will be so many career prospects in physics honours.
