For the admission in veterinary  in India .. candidates have to clear entrance exam Earlier ..the post popular ebentran to for veterinary science was All India pre Veterinary Test ( AIPVT)...But admission for these courses are on the basis of NEET exam.

There are 15% seat on all India basis.....cut off vary every year ..it is depend upon the difficulty level ..

It also depends upon category ..as you didn't mention your category ..I'm assuming you as general category ..

As you mentioned your rank as 78k...with rank there is less chance to get admission in top government colleges.....As per previous year cut-off ..a general candidate have to rank below 20k...and marks above 500..in NEET.

But apply for counselling there ..and wait ....hope the best ..
