Its not mentioned any where that you have to give pasport size photo so i dont think that u need to mention date...but your photo shoild be updated ....

Dear Praveen, it is not necessary to mention date on the photograph. It is advised to carry a similar photo of the one used in NEET application. Neverthless, if you don't have the same photo, please carry along with you a recent photograph. Even a photocopy of the photograph doesn't help and serve the purpose. As long as the photo you are carying shows that it is you, you can take any photograph but a recent one is always helpful for easy identification.
