But in General you must clear entrance exams of the respected colleges to get a seat ( there might be a basic fee payment) And mostly for a lesser fee , you may need to get scholarships.
First apply for the top entrance exams for BBA course like IIM indore IPMAT , SET BBA , IIM rohtak IPM aptitude Test , NMIMS NPAT , DU JAT etc
So you so must need to check the eligibility criteria of the exams you apply
And few colleges might even conduct personal interview and group discussions , you must need to clear all the levels, indeed to get a seat in public colleges also your category matters too .
