According to the college website:

• Girls are allowed to wear Either Chudidhar or saree to college, if they wish.
• They should wear a clean, ironed white apron — half or full sleeved, with a nameplate saying “ *Full name*” and “AIMS Medico" in 2 separate lines (Preferably white text on Blue background)
• Hair should be neatly tied or plaited. (Although no one actually follows this) but strict rules regarding covering of hair is followed in the dissection lab, subject labs (and later especially in the operating rooms)

Yes,  I guess there are buses to Mysore.Only con is no near by city but the college is next to the highway.
