I regret to inform you that according to even the 7th round of JOSAA your rank is not sufficient to get even the lowest branch of NIT Andhra Pradesh which is Bio-Technology. There may be some hope in special round but I don't think that you can count on it that much. The closing rank for Bio-Technology for OBC-NCL Gender Neutral Category was 13324 for Home State Quota in the 7th round. Hence decide accordingly.
