Your rank is not upto the mark and you might be filling colleges with high cut off in your choice filling. That is the possible reason for not getting any seat. My personal suggestion would be that choice filling should be done productively which means fill in the colleges after checking their last year cut off. Also try for private colleges as a back up before they close admission.
