Universities like Delhi University and GGSIPU/IPU always reserve 1–2 additional seats per course specifically for orphaned students and they often come with complete tution and exam fee waivers and sometimes hostel support as well. So you have to check which colleges offer special seats and fee support in your preferred state or area.
