Dear Sukham, for being eligible for CLAT you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% in your 10+2 from a Recognised Educational Institution. This is for General Category. Then it is 40% for Reserved Category Students. PSEB is a State Educational Board and it is recognised. Provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria, your Board will pose no problem for you.
