Greetings!

If you forgot to mention the last name of your mother's name in neet application form then you don't need to worry , this is because nta provides you an opportunity to correct the mistakes you make while filling neet application form through its correction window.

So I would suggest you to get your mother's name corrected now that you have opportunity to correct your mistakes you have made while filling neet application form using neet correction window.
