Hi, the eligibility criteria for getting an college in B.Tech is 50% in state board exams and an entrance exam. So, you can fill form for counselling for B.Tech in biomedical engineering even though you are from PCB. The reason for your error is because of your details in the form and in the mht cet not matching. Check it out once and you can correct it. Hope this helps.
