As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff scores and ranks for SC Category candidates over the years are as follows - 

• 2018 - score - 51, rank - 185
• 2017 - score - 233, rank - 48
• 2016 - score - 162, rank - 47

If we consider these trends, we can see that your rank range doesn't fit any of the categories, so it seems as if your chances are slim. However, don't lose hope as cutoffs change every year. Wait patiently for the rounds, but meanwhile, keep a track of the other institutes as well to keep your options open.
