The question need bit more clarity but what I understand from your question is that you need course at 3000 rs which is good for hsc board exam 

For that if you are computer science you can start to learn c programming which is useful for board exams 

For biomax you can register with online subject wise class so that you can improve your weakness in any of the subjects
