Sorry to say you but you have not mention about which college you are talking about.

See there are lots of college in India and most of the colleges provide hostel facility including Government and private colleges. Please mention the college name in the comment to clarify the thing.

There are very less government colleges which doesn't have any e hostel facilities. For those hostel fees are very less near about 1k to 3k per year.
