The company who is conducting the interview and the preceding procedures of it certainly would have been aware of the candidate's ability so according to what facilities will be done and according to that only he/she would be scrutinized.

It may happen that rather then a GD Session they will have a talk with the candidate in the language; the candidate is able to communicate in.
