Dear aspirant,
You cannot use JEE marks in place of CET marks on the 85% state seats in colleges. But you can use both CET and JEE marks to contest in 85 and 15% seats respectively at the DTE site for CAP rounds. Both will have different cutoff and they'll notify you if you've received the JEE seat or the CET state seat.
