Hi Adhish! A postgraduate diploma is a postgraduate qualification awarded after a university degree. For admission in mba or pgdm student must have to eligible. The eligibility criteria are as follow-

1) If applicants have recognized bachelor's degree (10+2+3or4) can apply.

2) Students appearing in final year bachelor's degree exam can apply.

3) Candidates who have taken CAT ,MAT ,GMAT, XAT or any entrance exam similar to it can apply.

4) Students awaiting for final year exam results can apply.

You may also take directly admission in colleges for these courses.

Pursuing both these courses helps one in the growth of their careers in getting a good salary and obtaining good position. Placements are good in these courses.
