it is basically for Domiciles of Maharashtra,but for those students who have recently moved to Maharashtra and have appeared for their 12th boards in Maharashtra their is a disadvantage. Only 5% of total seats are allotted to them through MHT-CET while rest are for Maharashtra Domiciles. Non Maharashtra Domiciles CAN appear and get seats through MHT-CET.
