For Physics ,Chemistry  and biology students can join Biotechnology ,if you cleared 12th exam from recognized national or state level board of education with science stream  with some of colleges having different types of entrance exam its depends upon college with fulfill minimum college criteria .you can join biotechnology in BSC course and B-Tech .
