There is no such specific qualification required to become medical receptionist. You may do any degree or diploma or any certification course related to medical field if you want or a course in hospital management or hospital administration . Generally for this job the requirements are strong computer skills to handle clerical tasks, including working with office systems.  Other skills you need are Customer service,Time management, Organization,Attention to detail, Scheduling etc.
