As per your question,You have to first request to the director of publications, and submitte a request for change of name, if there is any spelling mistakes in name.

If there is no any spelling mistakes, and you have any proof of persons actual and right name, then you have to make an affidavit for same and attached photocopy of the documents with proof submitte directly to the director of board of examination. They will correct the name in their records and will issue notification.
