YOu can go to the education medium through which you have studied BA.If there is a provision for e certificate then you can easily download it .However if there is not then you can reach the helpline number and ask for the soft copy of your BA degree.You may be asked to tell the roll number,name or year of passout and the you can easily get that.Or if you are having the hard copy then you can yourself make the soft copy of the document from there.
