One month is a very short span of time. I hope you have  already completed your entire syllabus for NEET. Now, all you need to do is solve the previous year question papers. Give mock tests to know your preparation. Stay focused for this last one month, and revise whatever you have learnt. In case, you have left some topic, don't go for it now.
Also, eat healthy food and sleep at time, so that your body remains healthy and your mind remains fresh.
